Ingredients

  • Pad Thai Sauce
     Fresh shrimp 3-5
     3 tablespoons yellow tofu (diced diced)
     2 tablespoons dried chilies (finely chopped)
     Small noodle (Or Chan line) soaked in water until soft
     Raw bean sprouts
    Kuicheai leaves (sliced ​​pieces)
     1 egg
     Vegetable oil (for stir frying)
     Ground roasted peanuts (optional)


How to do

  • 1. Put vegetable oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add fresh shrimp and stir until heated, until the shrimp begins to cook. Put up on a plate.
    2. Add tofu and stir in the same pan until golden brown. Follow with chopped chilli, stir-fry until combined, add the stir-fry sauce, stir until well boiling.
    3. Put the noodles that are soaked in water and stir them lightly, then use a spatula to scrape the noodle beside the pan.
    4. Crack the eggs into the egg until enough to break, wait until the eggs start to cook, then stir the mixture until stir. Followed by the shrimp prepared on a plate. Served with fresh stir fry Ground roasted peanuts, ground chillies and lime
