200 grams minced pork breast
2 tablespoons of curry paste
2 red chillies
2-3 kaffir lime leaves
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt (or fish sauce)
1/3 teaspoon sugar
Coconut oil (or other available) 1


How to do
- Pound all the spices thoroughly.

-Bring a saucepan set over low heat. Heat oil to it. Enough heat to cook the pork and stir until dry.

-Put spices. Stir until the spices into the meat. Closing fire plate.

-Sprinkle sliced kaffir lime leaves.

-Served with hot steamed rice.
