Ingredients

1. Pork Skin (palm sized)
2. 100 g. Minced Pork
3. Spring Onion
4. Mint
5. Parsley
6. Fried Chili (granule)
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Ground dried Chili
8. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
9. 1 Tbsp. Lime
10.1 Tbsp. Shallot
11. 1 Tbsp. Roasted Rice
12. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
13. 3 Tbsp. Chicken Stock
How to do
-
1. Chop spring onion, parsley and pinch off mint.
2. Sliced pork skin 1 1/2 inches in long lines. Set aside
3. Pour soup into the pot. Add minced pork and wait until cooked. Then add pork skin.
4. Turn off the heat. Then put all seasoning into the pot, mix together and squeeze lime.
5. Filled with shallots, mint and chopped vegetables that already prepared at first.
6. Served with fresh vegetables. Sprinkle with fried chili.
