Ingredients

  • 300 grams pork liver
    1 tbsp roasted bird eye chilies, ground
    2 tbsp ground roasted rice grains
    3 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp sliced red shallots
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    ¼ cup mint leaves
    Side dish : various kinds of vegetable


How to do

  • 1. Slice the pork liver, and blanch. Set in a bowl. Season with lime juice and fish sauce. Add the shallots, chilies and ground roasted riche grains. Mix together and taste.
    2. Add the mint and mix. Serve with vegetables.
